EMMITSBURG, Md. (August 27, 2024) – Mount St. Mary's sophomore
Annie Carey is in Paris, France, getting ready to compete in a variety of events. While the Games start Wednesday, Carey begins her quest for medals on Saturday.
Carey earned official status as a Paralympian in July.
Per the NBC website, Paralympic events will be aired across NBCUniversal networks including NBC, USA Network and CNBC during the 11 days of competition.
All events during the Games, totaling an estimated 1,500 hours of coverage, will be aired live on
Peacock and be showcased in popular Peacock features like
Gold Zone and
Multiview.
