AS A SOPHOMORE: Represented country once again at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, France, becoming the first-ever Mountaineer to achieve the feat ... While in France, she broke the Paralympic Record for the T44 long jump at 4.96 meters ... She also set the American Record for the T44 200m with a time of 27.87 seconds ... Running for Mount St. Mary's, Carey set collegiate PR's for the long jump (5.04 meters, MAAC Championships), the 200m (28.24 seconds, Messiah Multi/Invitational), and the 100m (13.54 seconds, Dalton Ebanks Invitational) ... Top 10 finisher in the long jump twice. 

AS A FRESHMAN: Competed for the United States at the Parapan American Games in Chile last autumn, winning a bronze medal for the T42/T44/T61-64 long jump ... Particiapated in nine meets for the Mountaineers, specializing in the long jump with some dashes ... Qualified for the MAAC Outdoor Championships and set a long jump PR of 4.79m (15' 8.75").
