July 22, 2026 -- The Mount St. Mary's women's lacrosse team and 10 individuals received academic honors from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) today.
The Mount was one of 357 schools from across Division I, II, III and NAIA to be named an IWLCA Academic Honor squad. To qualify for this prestigious honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.
In addition to the team honor, the Mount had 10 athletes named to the IWLCA Academic honor roll. The list of Mountaineers includes seniors
MK Allingham,
Hailey Chester,
Logan Cook,
Ella Curci,
Mackey Fick and
Kaitlin Price along with juniors
Maddie Malfa,
Shannon McTavish,
Olivia Nelson, and
Camille Thomas.To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater.
Mount St. Mary's went 10-7 during the 2026 seaon, including a 6-2 mark in conference play.
