EMMITSBURG, Md. (October 25th, 2024) –
Elizabeth Freymann led Mountaineer runners finishing in first place at the LVC Last Chance and being the only female runner at this race from the Mount. The men's team finished in second place in the 8k race, led by Ethan Villaver who finished in sixth with a time of 27:10.4
Freymann ran the race in 23:33.7. She ran each mile with a average time of 06:19.2 in the women's 6k race.
Riley Keffer took 12
th in the field with a time of 27:30.7, followed by
Dylan Hoernlein (14
th, 27:43.1),
Hunter Brown (21
st, 28:38.6)
Sunahi Huegun (23
rd, 28:39.0),
Diego Herrera (24
th, 28:40.6) and
Brandon Smith (29
th, 29:14.4) to round out the scoring.
