Emmitsburg, Md. (April 5, 2022)--The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis posted a 7-0 win over Gettysburg College at the Rooney Tennis Complex on Tuesday afternoon. 

The Mount 's No. 1 doubles team of Filippos Zachiotis and Giovani Abriola swept past Alex Kagan and Michael Zaynet at the No.1 spot while Jarrett Karnibad and Nick Huynh cruised to a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles to secure the point.

The Mount won all six singles matches in straight sets, highlighted by Karnibad's 6-0, 6-0 sweep at No. 6 singles.  In all, the Mount lost just 13 games in singles in the six singles matches.

The Mount is slated to play Loyola on Wednesday.
