EMMITSBURG, MD (September 17, 2026) – This Friday (Sept. 18), Mount St. Mary's men's tennis will be competing in their first set of matches of the 2026-2027 year, traveling to Baltimore, MD to compete in the McClure Invitational. The matches are held at the McClure Tennis Center at Ridley Athletic Complex. The Mount looks to get the Tennis season started off on a high note out in Baltimore. 

MOUNT UPDATE: The Mountaineers open the season with 18 student-athletes on their roster – divided into 10 men and 8 women, only three of them being true freshmen. The tennis team is led by Coach Leandros Misdrachis, heading into his third season as a coach . The men will compete in five different weekend tournaments over the course of the fall season, and the women will complete in six. This includes the Metro Masters as well as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Atlantic Regional. 

UP NEXT: The Mountaineers will head to Hamden, CT to compete in the Metro Masters from Friday, October 2-Sunday, October 4th.
