Men's Tennis Takes On James Madison Sunday

ABOUT THE MOUNT
The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team was topped 6-1 to finish up the spring break trip. The Duquesne men jumped out to the early point advantage by sweeping doubles action to begin the match. Andrew Ong and Dominic Lea defeated Brandon Wortkotter and Jackson Wood 6-4 in the first flight to start things off for Duquesne and Tim Kane and Jared Isaacs topped Gabriel Santos and Evan Hine 6-2 in the third flight. The Dukes secured the overall match victory by winning five of the six flights in singles competition. In the number three flight, Parth Sharma picked up the only point for the Mount by defeating Chris Corrao in three sets 1-6, 6-4, and 7-6. The Mountaineers drop to 3-8 on the season with the loss.
