ABOUT THE MOUNT
Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team topped Norfolk State 4-3 on Thursday morning. Norfolk State won the first three flights of singles action but Mount would pick up the next three flights. Mateo DeSomocurcio tied up the first flight at a set a piece but Andres Alcaraz won the last set claiming the first victory for Spartans. Brandon Wortkotter put the Mountaineers on the board with a victory in the fourth flight while Zachary Burau and Jean Armstrong picked up the default victories to close out singles competition.
