The Mount returns to action for the first time of the spring semester with a matchup at George Mason on Friday, February 3 at 6:30 p.m.

ABOUT THE MOUNT
The Mount opened the 2016-17 campaign at the Bucknell Invitational, where Darren Mast advanced the furthest of any Mountaineer, reaching the championship of flight 2 singles after topping Eli Cerdan of Saint Francis U, Jake Hirschberg of Colgate and teammate Zachary Burau. Mount St. Mary's followed with competition at the Loyola Invitational, as Louis Tonon and Burau registered a sixth-place showing for the team's top finish. The duo won a pair of rounds at the three-day event, defeating Brian Hoffarth and Tyler Blessing of Loyola, and teammates Mateo DeSomocurcio and Jean Armstrong. The Mount then hosted its own invitational to close out the fall semester. Chris Lindsey highlighted the tournament by claiming the Flight C singles championship, and Burau reached the consolation finals of Flight A.
