MOUNT UPDATE
The Mountaineers were clipped by Detroit Mercy, 10-9, last time out after the Titans came from behind in the second half, outscoring the Mount by a 5-3 margin in the period. Molly Morris cut the Mount's deficit to 10-9 with just under a minute remaining in the contest, but Detroit won the ensuing draw and maintained possession to close out the one-goal victory.

Sammie Knapp paced Mount St. Mary's with a team-high three goals, while Nicole Lantuh (2g) and Kelly Maloney (1g, 1a) also posted multi-point performances. Senior goalie Steph Rurkowski, who leads the NEC in saves per game and ranks second in save percentage, made six stops in the contest.

CLIMBING THE NEC RANKS
The Mount's top two scorers this season, Molly Morris and Nicole Lantuh, rank among the top-10 in the Northeast Conference in a pair of scoring categories. Morris places fifth in the league in both points (3.00) and assists (1.20) per game, while Lantuh ranks eighth in goals per game, averaging 2.10.

ABOUT BRYANT
The Bulldogs sit atop the NEC with a 6-3 record on the year and enter Friday's matchup on a four-game winning streak after topping Winthrop (13-12 OT), Presbyterian (18-4), Siena (13-12) and UMass Lowell (11-9). Seniors Nicole Britton (14g, 13a) and Lauren Descalzo (22g, 3a) are the top two point scorers through the team's opening nine games. Goalie Samantha Santeramo leads the NEC with a 9.81 goals against average and .500 save percentage in six starts.

ALL-TIME SERIES
The Mount owns an even 3-3 record in the all-time series with Bryant after claiming a 9-8 win over the Bulldogs in overtime last season. Knapp scored the game-winner on a free-position shot with just under five minutes remaining in the extra period to lift the Mount to victory. Maloney and Lantuh helped pace the offense with three points apiece on a pair of goals and one assist.
