MOUNT UPDATE
The Mountaineers won three of four matches on their spring trip to Florida two weeks ago, claiming victories over Davenport (5-2), Webber International (7-0) and Wartburg (7-0), while falling to Bethune-Cookman (4-2) in their lone loss. Junior Louis Tonon posted wins in each of his four singles matches on the trip, while junior Mateo DeSomocurcio and senior Austin Blake each registered three victories and senior Peter Salomon, junior Darren Mast and sophomore Brandon Wortkotter notched a pair of wins apiece in singles action.
ABOUT GEORGE MASON
The Patriots own a 4-7 record on the year after going 2-2 on their spring break trip in South Carolina. They topped Northwood (6-1) and Edinboro (5-2), and fell to Tusculum (4-3) and Armstrong St. (5-1) on the trip. Joe Hill, James Lange, Guiliano Buzoianu and Luke Maxwell grabbed singles victories in the final match against Edinboro to close out the trip.

The Mountaineers and Patriots are set to meet for the 28th time in series history on Tuesday with George Mason holding a 21-6 advantage. The two teams last met in 2013, when George Mason clipped the Mount by a 4-3 final.
