MOUNT UPDATE: The Mount women's tennis team is set to make its spring debut after having the first two spring matches cancelled due to inclement weather. The squad's spring break trip will consist of five matches in six days. Freshman Cassandra Powell, the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Month for October, led the Mount with six singles victories in the fall.

FALL RECAP: The Mountaineers went 3-1 during the fall season with victories over Shepherd, Monmouth and Rider. In addition to six singles wins from Cassandra Powell, the Mount picked up five victories apiece from Sruthi Kamprath, Danielle Nguyen and Jennifer Smith.

vs. Presbyterian:
The Mount has never faced Presbyterian.
vs. Augustana:
The Mount has never faced Augustana.
vs. Bethune-Cookman:
Mount St. Mary's has gone 2-4 in the all-time series versus Bethune-Cookman. The Wildcats have won two in a row over the Mountaineers, including a 6-1 victory a year ago.
vs. Saint Benedict:
The Mount has never faced Saint Benedict.
vs. Detroit:
The Mount has never faced Detroit.

WEATHER TROUBLES: The Mount's first two spring matches versus Wagner on Feb. 21 and Lehigh on Feb. 22 were cancelled due to inclement weather. The squad also had a fall match versus La Salle rained out.

SUNSHINE STATE: During last spring's trip to Florida, the Mount posted a 2-3 mark. Over the six-day span, the Mount defeated Webber International and Concordia-Moorhead.

NEC PRESEASON POLL: The Mount was selected sixth in the Northeast Conference Preseason Coaches Poll, ahead of Wagner and St. Francis Brooklyn. Three-time defending Northeast Conference champion Fairleigh Dickinson topped the poll with five first-place votes, followed by LIU Brooklyn in second with two top votes. Bryant, which picked up the other top vote, checked in at third, with Sacred Heart and Saint Francis U to follow.
