EMMITSBURG, Md. (August 10, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's men's and women's tennis announce their fall tournament schedules.
 
MOUNT UPDATE: The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team will open their 2026-2027 season away at Loyola for the McClure invitational on Friday September 18^th. The men's team finished with an 8-13 record last year with Stefanos Pournaropoulos as the top returnee. Pournaropoulos led the team in singles wins as well as in doubles wins. The Mount St. Mary's women's tennis team will open their season a week after the men's on Friday September 25^th at the Towson Invitational. The women's team went 14-9 record last year with Venus Tang as the top returning player. Tang was leading the team in singles wins and tied for the team lead in doubles wins last season. Full fall schedule is listed below for each team.
 
ROSTER BREAKDOWN: The Mountaineers have 10 student-athletes on the men's roster this season with 7 returners and three newcomers. The women's team has 8 student athletes on the roster with all being returners.
