EMMITSBURG, MD (October 16, 2026) - On day one of competition at the ITA Atlantic Regionals, hosted by Liberty University, Margherita Trolese was the only Mountaineer to tally on a win for the Mountaineers. 

Trolese and Venus Tang were the two athletes who participated in matches on day one of the ITA Atlantic Regionals. Trolese went 1-1 in play, tallying her win in the consolation bracket after losing the first round in the qualifying bracket. Tang also fell in the first round, joining Trolese in the consolation bracket. Both Anna Barlini and Eirini Tsakiri look to take the courts in the doubles side of play, but have yet to compete thus far. Taskiri also has a spot in the singles main draw bracket, but hasn't competed yet.

Day two of the ITA Atlantic Regionals takes place Friday, October 16th, followed by day three Saturday, October 17th.
