Kristen Galligan Paces Mount Cross Country at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional

University Park, Pa. (Nov. 14, 2014)--Senior Kristen Galligan finished in 45th place at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Cross Country Regional hosted by Penn State on Friday afternoon.

Galligan completed the six-kilometer course in a time of 21:46 to place 45th overall in the field of 207 runners. Teammates Megan Schott ( and McKenzie Doyle (24:02, 162nd) also competed for the Mountaineers.

For the men, Chris Evans finished the 10-kilometer course in a time of 33:54 (134th overall) with Jesse Langton finishing with a time of 34:07 (139th).

This was the final meet for the Mountaineers this season.
