Orlando, Fla.--The Mount St. Mary's women's tennis team earned a
7-2 win over Walsh University on Tuesday in Orlando, Fla.
The Mount's Emily Bolchoz earned an easy 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 1
singles to pace the Mount. Chelsea Johnson clipped Allison Rossi,
6-0, 6-2, at No. 2 singles while Kaitlin Hallahan was a 6-1, 6-3
victor at No. 3 singles over Jen Yost.
Emma Haley won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5 singles over Madeline Lewis while
Lauren Clarke slipped past Julia Kole, 6-3, 6-4, at the No. 6
singles spot.
In doubles action, the Mount won at the No. 1 spot when Bolchoz and
Haley earned an 8-2 win over Jenamarie Ianni and Allison Rossi.
Johnson and Hallahan swept Hilary Rossi and Barbara Lewis, 8-0.
