Emmitsburg, Md. (March 21, 2009)--The Mount St. Mary's women's tennis team fell to Delaware, 7-0, on Saturday afternoon at the MSM Tennis Courts. With the loss, the Mount falls to 5-8 on the season.

In singles action, the Mount's Emily Bolchoz lost a tough match at No. 1 singles to Delaware's Elena Berry. Bolchoz fell by the score of 7-5, 5-7, 10-4. At No. 2 singles, Chelsea Johnson also lost in a close match, falling to Megan Doron, 6-7 (7-4), 4-6, 4-6. Emma Haley fell in three sets to Jo Jo Gruber at the No. 4 singles position by the scores of 6-3, 1-6, 6-0.

Delaware (5-0) swept the three doubles matches to earn the double point.
