EMMITSBURG, Md. (April 17, 2025) - Mount St. Mary's bowling went 1-1 on the first day of match play at the 2025 Untied States Bowling Congress (USBC) Intercollegiate Team Championships at the South Point Bowling Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

The Mountaineers toppled Sacred Heart by outlasting the Pioneers in the best-of-seven bracket format. Saint Xavier got the better of the Mount in the second round of the tournament, sweeping the team 4-0. 

At 12:45 Eastern/9:45 Pacific, the Mount will face off against the winner of Lindenwood and Central Missouri in an elimination game. The team has not faced the Lions in program history and are 1-3 against the Jennies. Coverage can be found on BOWL.tv and the USBC's website.
