EMMITSBURG, Md. (March 9, 2025) – Mount St. Mary's track & field had a strong showing at the 2025 IC4A/ECAC Championships, with the men finishing in fourth place and the women in seventh. Abdoulaye Bah set a school record for the 200 meter dash.
Bah ran the 200 in 21.34 seconds to finish in fourth place at the event. The sophomore bests the previous record set by
Todd Charles (21.46 seconds) set during the 2022 IC4A/ECAC Championships. In addition to the 200, Bah earned points in the 60 meter dash with a 7.03 second effort to earn seventh place.
The Mount collected 88 points across the event, with the men's team earning 50 to secure their fourth place position, and the women earning 38 to place seventh.
Will Stephenson was an individual victor, taking the 60 meter hurdles, taking the event with 8.17 seconds.
Arran Fahey joined him for the men's pole vault, leaping to a height of 5.10 meters.

th, 3:58.37). This pairs with Friday's point scorers of
Emelie Beckman and Kirschnick in the pole vault.
The 2024-25 season transitions to the outdoor campaign, beginning with the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite in Myrtle Beach from March 20-22.
