AS A JUNIOR: Specialized once again in the 800m, moving up the Mount Top 10 with a top time of 2:13.90 at the MAAC Indoor Championships ... Qualifier for both MAAC Championships, winning the 800m for the outdoor season ... Also set a new PR for the mile with a 5:23.39 at the Navy Indoor Invitational ... Earned 12 top 10 performances between individual events and the relays.Â
AS A SOPHOMORE: Excelled in the 800m run during the season, capping at a time of 2:16.49 during the MAAC Outdoor Preliminaries ... Won the prelims at the Indoor Championships and finished fifth and seventh during the finals ... Additional PR's came in the 400m (1:00.63, Alan Connie Shamrock Invitaitional), mile (5:25.16, Gulden Invitational), and the 1000m (2:59.52, Navy Invitational).
AS A FRESHMAN: Ran the 800m at the 2023 MAAC Indoor Championships, just missing scoring by finishing in ninth place...Helped the 4x800m relay team to a fifth-place finish at the meet...Outdoors, finished in 11th place at the MAAC Championships in the 800m...Helped the 4x800m relay team to a fourth-place mark...Had a season-best performance in the 800m at Bucknell.
