2025 Mount Softball Schedule

Emmitsburg, Md. (January 10, 2025)--Mount St. Mary's softball has announced its 2025 schedule, highlighted by 26 home games. 

The season begins with tournaments at Hampton/Norfolk State and Jacksonville.  After a quick two-game stop at Winthrop, the Mountaineers begin an 18-game homestand to finish the month of March.  The Mountaineers will host a pair of tournaments, hosting LeMoyne and Morgan State on March 7-9 and UAlbany and Army West Point on March 15-16.

After hosting Towson on March 19, the Mountaineers open Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference play with eight home games, beginning with a three-game series with Fairfield.  The Mount hosts Manhattan for a doubleheader, and then closes out March with a three-game series with Canisius at Our Lady of the Meadows Field.

The Mount heads to Niagara for two games on April 1 and Iona for a three-game conference set before hosting Rider for a MAAC doubleheader on April 8.  The next two weeks are three-game MAAC series, at Quinnipiac (April 12-13) and home against Siena (April 18-19).  George Mason visits Emmitsburg for a single game before the Mount rounds out MAAC play with a three-game series at Merrimack (April 26-27) and a doubleheader at Saint Peter's (April 29).  The regular season concludes with a home doubleheader against Lehigh on May 3. 

The MAAC Tournament will be held May 7-10 at the No. 1 seed.

The Mountaineers went 14-32 last season and 6-17 in the MAAC.
