EMMITSBURG, Md. (July 22, 2024) - Mount St. Mary's women's water polo saw 12 members of the team named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) All-Academic Team for the 2024 season, as announced by the organization earlier this month. 
 
Awardees are divided into three categories based on grade-point average – outstanding, superior, and excellent. The Mountaineers received six outstanding, two superior, and four excellent.
 
In addition, the Mount received recognition among the team awards for possessing a GPA of 3 or greater, earning a 3.31 as a group.

Mount St. Mary's went 15-15 and advanced to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) semifinals in the postseason.
