THE MATCHUP

Wagner took both games in the regular season, occurring after the Mountaineers clinched the No. 1 seed. The Seahawks moved up to the No. 2 seed and met the Mount again in the NEC Championship game, which was a 70-38 victory for the Mountaineers.
