COMPLETE RESULTS
Selinsgrove, Pa. (February 15, 2020)—Karington Smith won the 60m hurdles and Ashlynn Cook the high jump to lead the Mount St. Mary's men's and women's indoor track and field teams at the Susquehanna Invitational on Saturday in the final tuneup before the Northeast Conference Championships.
Smith had a time of 9.04 seconds in the finals to secure first place after advancing to the finals with the second-best qualifying time. Cook cleared 1.55m in the high jump to earn first place at the meet. Maddie Kole added a second-place mark in the 3,000m run (10:42.20)
On the men's side, Paul Fagnano finished fifth in the 5,000m run, Sean Fahey was fifth in the long jump (6.75m) and Antonio Wesley fifth in the triple jump (13.27m).
The Mount is back in action at the NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships which will be held Feb. 21-22 at the Ocean Breeze Complex in Staten Island, N.Y.
