Mount St. Mary's Track and Field to Host Mount Multi's on Thursday and Friday

April 4, 2017—The Mount St. Mary's University men's and women's track and field teams will be hosting the Mount Multi's on April 6-7 at the Morgan Track on campus. This is the sixth consecutive year the Mount will host the event.

Last year, D.J. Workcuff finished in fourth place in the decathlon while Corie Scharpf was third in the heptathlon to pace the Mountaineers at the Mount Multi's.

Expected to compete for the Mount are Workcuff, Matthew Selba and Brian Sagendorf in the decathlon and Ashlynn Cook and Chelsea Wright in the heptathlon.

The Mount is back in action at the George Mason Spring Invitational on Saturday.

Thursday April 6th

Heptathlon
12:30pm: 100h – HJ, SP, 200m to follow

Decathlon
1:00pm: 100m – LJ, SP, HJ, 400m to follow

Friday April 7th

Decathlon
12:00pm: 110m hurdles – DT, PV, JT, 1500m to follow

Heptathlon
12:30pm: LJ – JT, 800m to follow
