Myrtle Beach, S.C. (March 19, 2016)--The Mount St. Mary's track and field teams rounded out competition at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational hosted by Coastal Carolina on Saturday.

Kelly Yanucil finished in second place with a toss of 48.92m to lead the Mount women.  Genamarie McCant finished in 11th place in the 400m dash with a time of 56.05 seconds. The Mount's 4x400m relay team of Mariah McLane, McCant, Helena Leyrer and Clarke Hooper finished in ninth place with a time of 3:51.32.

Josh Poole finished in 12th place in the 400m dash with a mark of 48.53 seconds.  The 4x400m relay team of Brendan Redhi, Julian Woods, Brady Altland and Jas Chung-Campbell posted an 11th-place finish with a time of 3:21.17.

The Mount returns to action at the Colonial Relays that will be held March 31 thru April 2.
