Mount Track Closes Out Colonial Relays with Good Showing on Saturday

COMPLETE RESULTS

Williamsburg, Va. (April 5, 2014)--Coby Rosemier-Gussio finished in fourth place in the 100m dash to lead the Mount St. Mary's track teams on the final day of the Colonial Relays.

Rosemier-Gussio finished the 100m dash with a time of 10.80 seconds to earn his fourth-place finish.  Yesterday, he also finished fourth in the 200m dash while placing seventh in the long jump.

The men's 4x400m relay team of Josh Poole, Julian Woods, Jaime Gibilisco and Rosemier-Gussio finished fifth with an IC4A qualifying time of 3:16.60.

For the women's team, Helena Leyrer finished in sixth place in the 100m hurdles with a mark of 14.99 seconds.   The Mount's 4x400m relay team of Leyrer, Maria Borland, Stephanie Borland and Genamarie McCant finished in ninth place with a mark of 3:49.50.

The Mount's distance medley relay team of Maria Borland, McCant, Desi Scott and Stephanie Borland was seventh with a time of 12:07.41.

The Mount is back in action on Saturday, April 12, at George Mason Invitational.
