INGRAM NAMED NEC FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK:  Elissa Ingram was named the Northeast Conference Field Athlete of the Week on Tuesday.  Ingram cleared 3.70m (12' 1.75") in the pole vault at the George Mason Spring Invitational on Saturday.  It was the second time this season she has vaulted 3.70m, also hitting that height at Wake Forest. The ECAC qualifier leads the NEC in the pole vault this season, and is tied for 79th on the NCAA East Region performance list.

WOODS NAMED NEC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:  Julian Woods was named the Northeast Conference Men's Track Rookie of the Week on Tuesday.  Woods won the 400m hurdles at the Colonial Relays this past weekend.  The freshman clocked in with a time of 52.35, which is 1.5 seconds better than the IC4A qualifying standard.  It is also the second-fastest mark in Mount history.  Woods currently has the second-fastest time in the 400m hurdles this season.

JUHRING CAPTURES NEC FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK HONORS:  Heather Juhring was named the Northeast Conference Field Athlete of the Week March 25th.  Juhring finished in second place in the javelin at the Wake Forest Open on Saturday morning with a throw of 48.45m (158' 11").  Her toss broke her own school record of 44.55m (146' 2") by more than 12 feet.  Her mark is currently the 11th-best in the nation this season.
