Women's Soccer Edged by Saint Francis (Pa.), 1-0

Loretto, Pa. (October 26, 2007)--Saint Francis (Pa.) used an early second half goal to edge Mount St. Mary's, 1-0, in Northeast Conference action on Friday afternoon. Mount goalkeeper Anna Lebo (Walkersville, Md./Walkersville) made 10 saves for the Mount (4-12, 2-5) in the game.

Haleigh Dunyon chipped in a shot from 16 yards out after the Red Flash (5-8-3, 2-2-2 NEC) broke up the Mount's clearing attempt just 3:15 into the second half. The Mount had a chance to tie late in the contest, but Regina Potter's (West Windsor, N.J./WWP North) header went wide.

Saint Francis held a 17-to-9 advantage in shots in the game.

The Mount returns to action on Sunday, Oct. 28, with a 1:00 p.m. game at Robert Morris.
