EMMITSBURG, Md. (April 10, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's host their inaugural Women In Sports Day at the Under Armour Stadium at the House in Baltimore. Women's lacrosse battles Canisius in a crucial Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) game, while flag football resumes play in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) with a contest against Saint Joseph's.
 
Admission to the event is free. Concessions will be available for purchase, and the Under Armour store will be open for merchandise.  
 
WOMEN'S LACROSSE UPDATE
  • Mount suffered their first defeat in MAAC play, dropping a 12-4 contest at Fairfield. Ava Kraszewski supplied half of the team's scoring.
  • Brooke Molchanoff remains the conference leader in goals and points per game. MK Allingham is top 10 among league leaders for assists per game.
  • The team is among the stingiest defenses in the league with the fourth fewest goals allowed. Hailey Chester leads the spirited group, recording her 100th career ground ball.
FLAG FOOTBALL UPDATE
  • The Mountaineers finished regular season play in the Conference Carolinas, splitting a pair of games hosted by Chowan. They defeated the host Hawks 47-32 before falling 58-12 to Wingate.
  • Annabelle Haught took the quarterback role for the weekend and threw seven touchdowns, including five in the victory.
  • Alyssa Lane is the team's leading rusher and receiver with 601 total yards. Madison Kean is the leading tackler with 74 on the season, and Chloe Lover-Omar has 12.5 sacks.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
  • Women's lacrosse has one final regular season game, squaring off at Niagara April 18.
  • Flag football hosts three games at Waldron Family Stadium Sunday (Apr. 12), playing Sacred Heart at noon and Marymount at 3 p.m., with the two opponents facing each other at 1:30.
