A new lineup is in store for the men's golf team after the top three average scorers from 2024-2025. This included Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Golfer of the Year
Aaron Sorkin, along with
Devin Smith and
Martin Hurtado. Top returners are
Daniel Shelley and
Santiago Bonequi, with Shelly averaging 75.67 over 12 rounds and Bonequi with 76.38 over 24 rounds. The duo join fellow returners
Shane Cole,
Fisher Coleman-Sayer,
Tyler Kimble, and
Nathan Pheng.
Upperclassmen newcomers include
Force Kosalutta, a transfer from Memphis, and
Bryan Hernandez, who comes from Eastern Florida State College. There are also five new freshmen –
Jack Bagley,
Tyler Fortney,
Brent Glah,
Brian Macintosh, and
Justin Mehall.
UP NEXT: On October 6-7, the team competes at the SFU Invitational at Sunnehanna Country Club in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
