Box Score Eugene, Ore. (February 29, 2024)--Mount St. Mary's fell to No. 25 Oregon, 17-0, in the opening game of the Jane Sanders Classic on Thursday.  The second game of the scheduled doubleheader was postponed due to rain.

The Ducks took control of the game with a four-run bottom of the first inning and never looked back to earn the win.  It is the 12th game in program history that the Mountaineers have played a team ranked in the top 25.  KK Humphreys went 3-for-3 with two home runs and six RBI for the Ducks in the win.

The Mount has two games tomorrow, playing against Oregon at 1:30 p.m. ET and No. 6 Washington at 6:30 p.m. ET.
