EMMITSBURG, Md. (February 10, 2024) – Mount St. Mary's women's water polo dropped two contests by a combined four points Saturday. The Mount fell to La Salle 10-7 and Villanova 10-9.
Ana Luisa Cotta recorded hat tricks in both contests, and
Anita Radaelli posted five goals in the Villanova game.
Robyn Currie finished each game with multiple assists for a total of five, and
Mara Davis had three assists in the nightcap. Radaelli and
Heather Lock added five drawn exclusions in one of the games.
Olivia Fernie started in the net for the first game with six saves, and
Hannah Keyser posted five saves in the second contest.
Sunday's (Feb. 11) games are against Mercyhurst and Saint Francis U. The first contest is at 1 p.m. and the second is at 5 p.m.
