EMMITSBURG, Md.  (December 15th, 2023) – Mount St. Mary's swimming and diving teams will wrap up 2023 with an away meet in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. The Mountaineers are coming off a rest weekend after competing in the ECAC Winter Championships on December 3

MOUNT UPDATE

The Mountaineers are coming off a fifth-place finish on the men's side, while the women's team finished seventh at the ECAC's. Between both teams the program brought home nine school records as they knocked some long-lived achievements off the shelf. Graduate Student
Timmy Bonner brought home a MAAC Diver of the Week award after finishing with a personal and school high-score in the men's 3-meter dive event after posting a final tally of 188.20.
Christina Lazari,
Aidan Grady, and
Austin Toland are among the top swimmers to keep an eye on ahead of this weekend's showdown against the Broncs.

The men's team is 3-1 on the season with dominant wins over Messiah and American, while the women's team is 2-2 with dominant wins over Messiah and VMI.

The men's team is 3-2 on the season with a 1-1 home record while 1-1 in conference play. The men have notable wins against Villanova, Lehigh, and conference foes Fairfield. Per the women's side, the Broncs are 2-4 with a 0-2 home record while holding a conference record of 1-2. The women have consecutive wins against Siena and Sacred Heart in their last two head-to-head dual meets and a recent sixth place finish in the Brown Invitational.
