With a 9-4 victory over Central Connecticut, the team snapped a six-game losing streak and kept hope alive for a Northeast Conference tournament berth.
Aiden Tierney and
Tyler Long tallied three hits each, with Tierney's three-run ninth inning blast providing a huge boost.
Tierney leads the Mount in batting average with a .389 across 54 at-bats.
Cooper Adams went eight strong innings on the bump, earning his third victory of the year, also leading the team.

The Eagles remain atop the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference standings with a record of 14-10, while sitting 18-23 overall. Hitting is the key to success with Coppin batting .276 as a team with four players sustaining an average of .300 or better. Corey Miley leads with a .346 followed by Jordan Hamberg at .340.
