#10 Mount: 1,121 | #6 North Carolina A&T: 991
The Mountaineers picked a great time for their best set of the weekend, rolling a 1,121 against the only team nationally ranked ahead of them in the field. All five Mountaineers posted 200 or higher, led by Dodson with a 247 and Alexander with a 245.
#10 Mount: 982 | Coppin State: 831
The Mount fared much better in their first transition compared to yesterday, rolling a 982 in a convincing win over in-state foe Coppin State. Dodson stayed strong with a 234 and Stanton went 204 in the win over the Eagles.
#10 Mount: 1,071 | Saint Francis U: 969

#10 Mount: 974 | #25 Kutztown: 930
The closest match of the day would come against the Golden Bears of Kutztown. The match stayed even throughout before the ladies hit a surge in the final three frames. Dodson led the charge with a 219, while Stanton went 204 and Alexander 201.
#10 Mount: 992 | #18 Morgan State: 881
The Mountaineers concluded their perfect 5-0 day with a decisive 992-881 victory over the tournament host Bears of Morgan State. Stanton came up big with a 245 game, while Alexander posted a strong finish for 219.
"As I said yesterday, today was all about coming in with a new game plan and a new mindset," said head coach
Kenneth DeGraaf. "We stayed outside longer, stayed in the right pieces longer, and took on transition better. Additionally, we were terrific on our single pins only missing one all day long. This allowed us to keep our scores relatively high when battling transition. The four highest ranked teams here are the four that made the championship bracket, so we look forward to some stellar competition in hopes of repeating as JBI Champions."
The Mount will kick off competition against a familiar foe in NEC opponent #11 Duquesne. The winner of that match will advance to play the loser of #6 North Carolina A&T and #14 Delaware State, with the winner of said match advancing to the championship finals. Competition will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET and can be streamed live on the team's Facebook Page.
