"Our record so far this weekend does not reflect our performance," said head coach
Kenneth DeGraaf. "Qualifying in the top-half of this field is a serious accomplishment and one our players should be proud of
. Unfortunately, many teams threw their highest set of the weekend when competing against us
. We could not control their scoring output, however, we could control our own and that is what got us to jump in the tournament standings
. We are beyond excited to have the opportunity to compete for a top-three finish tomorrow."
Bracket play will commence tomorrow at 8:00 AM PT with three rounds of best-of-seven bracket match play. The Mountaineers will open up with a rematch against Stephen F. Austin. Three wins would put the Mount in third place. Competition will be live streamed on FloBowling.com.
