Mount Update:  The Mount men's team finished in third place while the women's team was fourth at the Northeast Conference Championships on November 2nd at Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain, Conn.  The men had a trio of All-NEC performers in Will Merritt, Isaac Kole and Mitchel Wileczek while Erin Jaskot and Maddie Kole collected All-NEC honors on the women's side.  Merritt was the Mount's top finisher, placing third overall, while Jaskot had an impressive showing as well, finishing in second place in the women's meet.  Click HERE for the complete results.

Regional Rankings:  The Mount men's team is ranked 15th in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the latest USTFCCCA Men's Cross Country Regional Rankings.  The Mountaineers have appeared in the rankings every week this season.  Villanova leads the rankings, followed by Georgetown, Temple, Penn, Princeton, Penn State, Navy, Pittsburgh, La Salle, Saint Joseph's, Lehigh, Bucknell, Monmouth, Duquesne and Mount St. Mary's.

Last Year at the Mid-Atlantic Regional: Nicolas Fransham finished in 27th overall to pace the Mountaineer men's team to a 14th-place finish (out of 24) at last year's NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional hosted by Penn State.  Erin Jaskot finished 45th to pace the women's team, which was 22nd (out of 30).  For the full recap, click HERE.
