EMMITSBURG, Md. (July 13, 2026) - Mount St. Mary's cross country will run in six meets this fall as part of their 2026 schedule. There are four regular season meets and two postseason meets. 

The annual Mount 5K Duels kicks off the season on September 4 on the East Campus. The women's race starts at 4 p.m. followed by the men's race at 4:30. 

Three more regular season meets take place away from Emmitsburg as the team travels to meets hosted by Dickinson, JMU, and Gettysburg. Dickinson's meet is the Long-Short Invitational which takes place September 12 at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pennsylvina. JMU hosts their XC Invitational September 25 at the New Market Battlefield in New Market, Virginia. Gettysburg's is the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, occurring October 17 on the college's campus. 

Postseason meets begin October 31 with the Metro Conference Championships in Middleton, New York. Qualified runners can also compete in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals, hosted by Lehigh University on November 13.
