GAME NOTES

ABOUT THE MOUNT
> Mount St. Mary's outscored Central Connecticut by 18 points in the second half to propel the Mountaineers to an 81-66 victory last time out. Mikal Johnson went 4-of-7 from long range as she registered a team-high 16 points, while Juliette Lawless added a career-high 14 points, and Alexis Carter tallied her eighth career double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds. Kayla Agentowicz (11 pts) and Caroline Hummell (10) chipped in with double-figures as six different Mountaineers reached double-digits in the contest.
> The 81 points scored for the Mount were the second-most in a game this season, trailing only the 88 points scored in mid-January against Saint Francis U. The Mountaineers also shot 45-percent in the win over CCSU, tying their best shooting percentage from the floor this season.
> With consecutive wins over Sacred Heart and Central Connecticut, the Mount has now taken down two of the top-four teams in the conference the last two times out. The Mountaineers currently sit in a tie with Bryant for fifth place in the league.
> Mikal Johnson has knocked down three or more from three-point range in each of the last five contests. The grad transfer has worked her way up to third on the team in scoring (8.6 ppg), while Caroline Hummell (10.5) and Alexis Carter (9.0) continue to occupy the top-two spots. Carter and Hummell are also the team's top rebouners, averaging 7.0 and 5.4 per game, respectively.
> Mount St. Mary's meets with Bryant for the 16th time in series history on Monday with Bryant holding an 8-7 advantage. The Mount owns a 4-3 advantage all-time vs. Bryant at Knott Arena. The Bulldogs have won each of the last six meetings, including a 78-62 victory earlier this season in Smithfield behind 15 points apiece from Morgan Olander and Haley Connors. Caroline Hummell led the Mount with 15 points, while Katrice Dickson added 14.

SCOUTING BRYANT
The Bulldogs enter Monday's game having lost four of their last five contests after dropping a 66-59 decision at Sacred Heart on Saturday. Bryant has fallen to Robert Morris (62-46), Saint Francis U (79-67), Central Connecticut (53-52) and Sacred Heart (66-59) during the rough stretch. Senior Alex Klein leads the team in both scoring (16.0 ppg) and rebounding (8.1 rpg), and junior Ivory Bailey is the other Bulldog averaging double-figures, with 12.1 points per game.
