THE ALL-TIME SERIES:  Robert Morris has won 15 of the past 16 games against the Mount, and holds a 40-7 lead in the series that dates back to 1992.  The Mount is 6-16 at home against the Colonials, including a split in the last matchup at Our Lady of the Meadows Field in 2014.  Last  year, the Mount lost both games of the doubleheader (7-3 and 11-6) at Robert Morris.

LAST YEAR'S SERIES:  The Mount dropped both ends of its NEC doubleheader at Robert Morris last season, falling 7-3 in the opening game before dropping game two, 11-6.  Rachel Teti hit a pair of home runs in the two games, while Rachel Heinze, Niki Gonzalez and Tori Belloc also added long balls.  In the opening game, Kristen Gabelt hit a two-run homer in the first and a solo shot in the third to spark Robert Morris to an early lead.  Trailing 4-0, back-to-back-to-back home runs from Teti, Gonzalez and Belloc cut the deficit to 4-3, but RMU scored three times in the fifth to seal the win.  In game two, the Mountaineers jumped to a 4-1 on a Teti solo home run and a Heinze three-run blast in the top of the second.  Robert Morris countered with an eight-run second inning to secure the win.
