FIRST FIVE
1. The Mountaineers were edged by Bryant, 55-53, on Thursday night.  The Mount's Gregory Graves saw his potential game-winning shot in the final seconds roll out, allowing Bryant to earn the win.  Trailing 54-53 with 5.1 second left, Graves got the ball in the paint off an inbounds play, but his shot did not fall.  Bryant grabbed the rebound and hit 1-of-2 at the line with 0.6 seconds left to secure the win.  Graves finished with 14 points, five rebounds and three assists while Junior Robinson added 12 points, hitting 4-of-7 from three-point range.  The Mount trailed 52-43 with 6:33 remaining before staging the late rally.
 
2. The Mount was 10-of-27 (.370) from three-point range in the 55-53 loss at Bryant.  Over the past two games, the Mountaineers are 22-for-51 (.431) from beyond the arc, averaging 11.0 three-pointers made per game.

3. Freshman point guard Junior Robinson has picked up his scoring, averaging 13.0 points over the past four games.  The 5-5 Robinson scored 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting from three-point range in the 55-53 loss to Bryant.  He scored a season-high 22 points in the Mount's 73-67 overtime loss to Bryant.  For the year, Robinson is averaging 8.4 points per game.

4.  The Mount leads the NEC in scoring defense (61.3), field goal percentage defense (.399) and three-point defense (.281) in NEC games this season.

5. Up next, the Mountaineers begin a four-game homestand against Sacred Heart on Thursday, Feb. 12.  Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. and the game will air live on MASN.
