1. Mount St. Mary's stretched its win streak to three with a 75-64 win over Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday. Byron Ashe led the way with 24 points, five assists and four steals while Gregory Graves chipped in a double-double (15 pts., 13 rebs.). Will Miller hit four three-pointers for 12 points while Kristijan Krajina added 10 points in the win. The Mount used an early 10-0 run to take the lead for good. Mount St. Mary's led by 14 at the half and by as much as 20 points in the second half. The Mount held a 43-to-25 advantage on the boards and had 20 assists on 23 field goals.
2. Byron Ashe matched his career high with 24 points in the Mount's 75-64 win over Fairleigh Dickinson. Ashe has scored 20 or more points in each of the past three games, averaging 23.7 points over that span. Ashe now leads the Mount in scoring at 11.6 points per game this season.
3. Gregory Graves had 15 points and 13 rebounds in the win over Fairleigh Dickinson on Thursday. It was the fifth double-double of the season for Graves with all five coming during NEC play. Graves is averaging 12.4 points and 8.2 rebounds in NEC games, and 10.6 points and 7.4 boards overall.
4. The Mountaineers are currently tied for second place in the Northeast Conference with a 10-6 league mark. The Mount needs one more win to clinch a home playoff game in the first round. The Mountaineers can finish anywhere from second through seventh place.
5. Up next, the Mount will host Wagner on Saturday, February 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Knott Arena.
