FIRST FIVE
1.  Mount St. Mary's rolled to a 71-51 win at Fairleigh Dickinson on Thursday night.  Gregory Graves and Byron Ashe each scored 21 points to pace the Mount in the win.  A strong defensive effort in the first half allowed the Mount to take control of the game.  FDU was held to three points over the first 10:30 of the game, and the Mount led 38-15 at the half.  Graves finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds and six steals for his third double-double in five NEC games.  Ashe scored 16 of his career-high 21 points in the first half.
 
2. Mount St. Mary's has won three games in a row, the team's longest win streak of the season.  The three wins, all by double digits, have been done by an average of 20.3 points per game.

3. The Mount's current three-game win streak has featured a solid performance on the defensive end.  The Mount's opponents are averaging 54.3 points over the past three games while shooting 36.1 percent from the field and 23.2 percent from three-point range.

4.  After not having a player score 20 or more points over the first 12 games of the season, the Mount has had it occur in each of the past four games.  Gregory Graves had 26 points at Wagner, Chris Martin tallied 22 against CCSU, Andrew Smeathers recorded 22 points in the win over St. Francis Brooklyn, while Graves and Byron Ashe each had 21 points in the win at FDU.

5.  Mount St. Mary's returns home to face Robert Morris at 7 p.m. on Thursday night at Knott Arena.  The Colonials defeated the Mount, 70-45, in the NEC opener on January 3.
