In the opener, Mount St. Mary's jumped out to an early 2-0 advantage before Fairleigh Dickinson came back to take the lead and eventually win the game in the ninth inning.

With the game tied at 3, Bradac knocked in the decisive run with a single to left field to lift the Knights to the victory.

Mount St. Mary's started the game with single runs in the first and second. Beebe opened the first with a double to the gap and then touched home on Zingle's RBI single to right field for a 1-0 edge. Nicole Reeder (Glen Burnie, Md./Archbishop Spadling) belted her second home run of the year in the second. On the pitch prior to Reeder's long ball, the Knights caught a Mountaineer trying to steal second.

Fairleigh Dickinson then scored once in the fourth and twice in the sixth to grab a 3-2 edge. Maria Roney homered to right center in the fourth and Bradac and Fernandez each had RBIs in the sixth to give the Knights the one-run lead.

The Mount tied the game in the bottom of the sixth after Beebe coaxed a one-out bases loaded walk to even the game at 3. Fairleigh Dickinson got of the bases loaded jam with a fielder's choice out at the plate and a ground out. The Knights then posted a run in the ninth to come away with the win.

Nicole Pagano (Berlin, N.J./St. Joseph) started the game and pitched the first six innings with four strikeouts while Amanda Sadowl (Horsham, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) threw the final three innings and took the loss.

Fairleigh Dickinson used the momentum from the first game in the nightcap to complete the doubleheader sweep and notch three-straight wins against the Mountaineers.

The Knights grabbed the lead for good in the third with a four-run inning. Berkleigh Massey plated a run with an RBI single before Fernandez belted a three-run special for a 4-0 lead.

Beebe reached on a fielder's choice in the bottom of the stanza and touched home on Zingle's RBI base hit to the opposite field to trim the margin to 4-1.

Mount St. Mary's added a run in the fourth after Beebe coaxed her second bases loaded walk of the afternoon to cut the deficit to 4-2, but Fairleigh Dickinson recorded four runs in the fifth to put the game away.

Sadowl started the nightcap and pitched four innings to take the loss while Amanda Hanson (La Plata, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) threw the final three innings.
