EMMITSBURG, Md. - The Mount St. Mary's softball games at the Cherry Blossom Invitational have been cancelled for Saturday. The Mount is scheduled to play two games on Sunday in the event.

UPDATE: They have pushed back the start time of the opening game two hours on Sunday so the the Mountaineers will face Albany at 4 p.m. before completing the contest started on Friday against George Mason at 6 p.m. The Patriots lead the Mount 8-3 in the top of the fifth inning. After Friday's suspended game is over, the two teams will square off again.
