Zingle went 3-for-4 in the seeding round game against the Bonnies with an RBI and a run scored. The junior doubled and tied the game at 2 in the bottom of the third and then plated Taylor Beebe (Olympia, Wash./Capital) with the go-ahead run in the fourth with a single to center.

Mount St. Mary's rallied from a 2-1 deficit with a run in the third and a run in the fourth to earn a 3-2 victory and advance to the Seahawks Classic Championship Game and Gardner-Webb on Sunday.

After Brooke Frey gave the Bonnies a 2-1 lead on a two-run homer in the top of the third, the Mount tied the game at 2 in the bottom of the inning. Zingle led off with a double to left field and touched home on Christiansen's RBI double to left field.

In the fourth, Mount St. Mary's started the inning with singles by Beebe, Jenna Zimmerman (Walkersville, Md./Walkersville) and Erin Leddy (Great Mills, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) to load the bases before Zingle singled to center to plate Beebe with the decisive run.

The Mount got on the scoreboard first in the game when Buckel opened the inning with a single to left, moved to second on a wild pitch and to third on a passed ball before Collins brought the senior home on a double to left for a 1-0 lead. The Bonnies momentarily took the lead in the third, but the Mountaineers came back to earn the victory.

The Bulldogs (6-4) took a 2-0 lead in the third on a Christa Fullwood two-run single to right field.

Gardner-Webb increased the advantage to 5-1 in the bottom of the stanza when McKenzie Morenus nailed a three-run homer.
