BALTIMORE, MD (September 26, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's women's and men's swimming and diving placed third at the Charm City Relays in Baltimore, MD amongst a field of John Hopkins, Loyola, and Bryn Mawr. The best performance came from the mixed 200-yard freestyle team of
Lucas Hancock,
Seamus Rooney,
Adam Jozsa, and
Parker Koenig who placed first with a time of 1:26:69.
In the women's 200-yard medley relay, the team of
Hanna Aggen,
Araceli Skiles,
Lilian Congdon, and
Cecilia Hetzel placed eighth in the field with a time of 1:53.87. Then in the women 3x100 yard butterfly relay, team of
Carmen Del Aguila, Victoria Martinez and
Theodora Kanellopoulou placed fourth with a time of 2:59.88. The team of Aggen,
Abby Forbes,
Maddy Clagett and Hetzel placed sixth in the 500-yard freestyle relay with a time of 5:05.51.
And on the men's side, the relay team of
Nicholas Cutidioc, Jozsa, Koenig, and Hancock placed fourth in the field boasting a time of 1:35.29. The team of Koenig,
Henry Paterson, and
Liam Rooney finished second in the men 3x100 yard butterfly relay. For the men 3x100 yard backstroke relay, the team of
Todor Gospodinov, S. Rooney, and
Logan Sensenig placed fourth with a time of 2:41.29. Then the team of Gospodinov, Jozsa, Paterson, and S. Rooney placed third in the men 400-yard medley relay with a time of 3:38.13.
