EMMITSBURG, MD (September 25, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's men's and women's swimming and diving open the 2026-2027 season at the Charm City Relays, hosted by Loyola University in Baltimore, MD at the Mangione Aquatic Center on Saturday, September 26. 
 
MOUNT UPDATE
Swim and Dive ended their 2025-2026 MAAC campaign with sixth place finishes from both the men's and women's sides of the meet. Multiple swimmers from both the women's and men's teams concluded their season at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships. Todor Gospodinov, one of the key returners, finished in eighth place in the men's 200-yard backstroke with a final time of 1:45.32 and finished in fourth in the B-Final for the men's 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 48.50. For the women's side, a key returner to watch is Carmen Del Aguila who placed fourth at the MAAC in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.30.
 
THE FIELD
The Mount will compete against Loyola, Bryn Mawr, and John Hopkins starting competition at noon.
