EMMITSBURG, Md. (June 30, 2026) – Mount St. Mary's has announced a revamp for the Athletic Operations and Facilities Department entering the 2026-27 academic year.
 
Delaney Krejdovsky moves from her current role as Administrative Project Manager to become the Director of Operations and Facilities. Within the department, Assistant Director for Operations Kaia Bonshock now moves into the created role of Associate Director of Equipment Operations. Ryan Delgado will continue as the Assistant Director of Athletic Operations.
 
While maintaining her current role as Associate Director of Facilities and Operations, Alexis Hartz will also handle all internal scheduling for the East Campus, including athletic and recreational facilities, coordinating the needs of varsity teams and intramural/club squads.
 
Krejdovsky earned her experience with a background in facilities and operations during her time as an assistant with Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Since joining the Mount's staff two years ago, she has thrived coordinating numerous projects in her role and producing and executing events held by the Department of Athletics.
 
Bonshock's new role oversees all areas of apparel, equipment and laundry, while Delgado's main focus will be gameday operations.
